I’m Mark, Chief Executive of The Prince’s Scottish Youth Business Trust. The PSYBT is totally focused on helping young people in Scotland to start up and continue in business. We help over 600 young people year on year to take the big leap into self-employment. We are there for those who cannot get the funding and support from elsewhere.

I came to PSYBT after a 37 year career in the Army – a very exciting and rewarding career – my last appointment was General Officer Commanding the Army in Scotland and Governor of Edinburgh Castle. I feel very privileged indeed to have such a satisfying second career.
