As a Client Advisor with PRIME-Cymru, have responsibility for the delivery of the project in Cardiff City, assisting mature people to find employment or become self-employed.

I have been involved with PRIME-Cymru as a contracted advisor over the last 6 years and I very much enjoy working with the organisation. I always have been fully supportive of the ethos of supporting mature persons to stay/become economically active.

Not only do I advise mature clients how to start up a business (including the development of business plans), but I also assist with how to seek employment. I run monthly “Experience Counts” workshops in Cardiff (in co-operation and with the financial support of Cardiff City & County Council) which are followed up with one-to-one meetings with clients.

I approach the project with a very individual approach and it is one of my main priorities to put the clients’ needs first.
