The Prince's Charities are active in all areas of the United Kingdom - from helping older entrepreneurs start businesses in Wales with PRIME Cymru, helping farmers in the North Highlands of Scotland market their produce with help of the North Highland Initiative, raising the self-esteem of disaffected young people through after-school xl clubs all over the country with The Prince's Trust, to helping build better, more people-friendly communities in Lincoln and Upton. Through this activity, they aim to make a difference for the better.
In addition to this, many of The Prince's Charities make valuable contributions to the global community, in particular The Prince's Foundation for the Built Environment, The Prince's School for Traditional Arts, The Prince's International Business Leaders Forum, The Prince of Wales's Business and the Environment Programme and Turquoise Mountain.
